Gary Bracey

Founder

Gary Bracey’s passion for education and cognitive mastery is deeply rooted in his family legacy. Inspired by the example of his father, William Bracey, a pioneering law enforcement leader and co-founder of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, Gary learned early the importance of resilience, discipline, and service. From overcoming his own early life challenges to becoming a CEO and now a brain performance coach, Gary brings authenticity, credibility, and practical wisdom to every workshop. His mission is to help learners think faster, retain information more effectively, and approach learning with confidence and ownership.
